Service Providers

This page lists the service providers Harvey Transportation Assistance Foundation ("HTAF") currently uses to operate its website and transportation-assistance application process, and what each one does. Service providers may use information only to perform services for HTAF. See the Privacy Policy for how HTAF collects, uses, and shares information.
Technology Providers
- Supabase Database hosting. Stores submitted applications and related program records.
- Render Website and server hosting. Processes website requests, including submitted applications.
- SendGrid Email delivery. Sends application confirmation emails to applicants and new-application notification emails for program administration.
- Google Fonts Website font delivery. Receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads its fonts; it does not receive application information.
Donation Provider
- PayPal Hosted donation page. Online donations are processed on the payment provider's hosted site. HTAF does not receive or store complete payment-card or bank-account credentials.
Transportation Providers
Provider data-sharing disclosure: pending counsel review
- Independent transportation providers Provide approved trips. HTAF may share the minimum trip information necessary to arrange approved transportation with independent transportation providers. Harvey Taxi Service LLC is a separate for-profit company and may receive trip information only when selected to provide or coordinate an approved trip.
