These terms apply only to HTAF's charitable website and application process — they do not describe or govern any separate commercial ride-hailing platform, fares, driver services, or dispatch operations.

1. Nature of This Website

This website allows eligible individuals, and those applying on their behalf, to request transportation assistance from HTAF for medical, employment, education, and other essential community needs. HTAF is a public charity, not a transportation company, and does not operate a ride-hailing or fare-based platform.

2. Applying Does Not Guarantee Assistance

Every application is reviewed individually based on eligibility criteria, supporting documentation, verification, available funding, and HTAF's organizational capacity at the time of review. HTAF may approve, deny, delay, or request additional information for any application, and may be unable to provide assistance even to an otherwise eligible applicant if funding or transportation resources are not available.

3. Applicant Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information in your application.
• If you are applying on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so and to submit their information.
• You must not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information or documentation.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any supporting records you upload.

4. Website Use

• You may not use this website to submit fraudulent applications or misuse HTAF's application process.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to HTAF's systems or interfere with the operation of this website.

5. No Fees to Apply
